I expected for the price we paid to at least be able to contact John after we paid him. I paid him prior to my case being 100% settled and since he received our money he has totally ignored our calls. I have called the office several times I mean like 4 times a week for two weeks straight. I have lef...t my name and number for him to get back with me and nothing. It's absolutely ridiculous for a professional to treat a client like this. I understand lawyers are busy but he wasn't too busy to call me back before he got paid. We never met with John before any type of hearings, we were totally blindsided on what to expect. We were givin no heads up or this is how its going to go speech, nothing. And then after it was all said and done we were charged another $500.00, for what? To file a few additional pieces of paperwork.... Am very dissatisfied. It was a total joke!!!
