Lafayette represented me and my partner in a matter where he eventually lost the case and cost us over $5000.00 in property loss. He also reneged on an agreement to hold real property in escrow for payment for legal services. He avoided the agreement by placing the property in his name hence never ne...eding to pay the agreed difference if it was necessary to be sold. Would not return phone calls, would not communicate with diligence. Seemed more interested in yuck'n it up with the prosecutor during the court proceedings than to pursue a defense on our behalf.
