Barbra E. Homier

Barbra possesses a deep understanding of business valuation methodology and corporate valuation due diligence, alongside extensive experience in motion practice, depositions, and trials. Her educational journey began with a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology from the University of Arizona in 1995. After moving to Michigan, Barbra became well-versed in legal processes as a Securities Paralegal with Jackson National Life Insurance. She advanced her legal career by graduating Summa Cum Laude from the Michigan State University College of Law in 2003. Barbra resides in Ada, Michigan, with her husband, Michael, who serves as a Municipal Attorney at Foster Swift Collins & Smith. Together they raise three children: Jack, a sophomore at the University of Arizona; William, a high school sophomore; and Evelyn, a fifth grader. Their home is complete with two cherished dogs, Coco and Olive.
