Don't waste your time - go elsewhere
Michael seems like a nice guy - he says all the right things when you can get him on the phone, which in my case was next to impossible. Follow through was horrible and trying to get updates from him or his secretary was like pulling teeth. My advise, find someone who has time to dedicate to you/...
