Hired Rod for my custody case he ended up signing an order without reading it, literally drew a line to sign his name on the order and now I'm stuck having to upholud this order because I could never get ahold of him to put it back in front of the judge to admit he signed an order without reading it.... Hired a new lawyer to continue my case. Never could get ahold of him after he "accidentally" signed the order. I had to show up and just literally wait in his office for him to eventually come there. Meanwhile I was in violation of an order because he was to scared to show me what he had done.

Conflict of interest being assistant procescutor. Promised me a lot for my deposit fee. Wasn't prepared and divorce took over a year with postponed court dates. No clients relationship after first visit. Everything went though paralegal. Never called me back or returned email. Promised cheaper rates ...on post divorce work. Renigged on it. Sent letter to him directly about bill and settling a payment. Nope took me to small claims. Now on payment. Got the same agreement from divorce had I done it myself. As I had started prior to his flase promises . Promised gold and delivered coal!
