Does not follow the law or proper ethical standards

Sean will print off subpoenas and legal documents online, sign himself and not submit to the court for approval. He will then call a local employee of the court house or sheriff department and have them serve them without even a correct case number or court date and serve to the other party on a Satu...rday afternoon for a Monday morning court hearing and then threaten the other party with bench warrants by the judge leading them to believe it is valid. He will also lead you to believe you can serve the document yourself to the other party or attorney, and the document doesn’t even have a clerk stamp. If you want someone who goes outside the law and even will follow around opposing party on his personal time to win his case illegally then hire him.

Not good

Facts are facts.. Sean is very unprepared doesn’t meet before court to discuss and prepare. He did not present all evidence, did NOT subpoena any of my witnesses even after asked twice, did not submit letters from witnesses , did NOT file appropriate paperwork in a timely manner he was absolutely inc...ompetent in the matter in which I hired him to perform he took almost a year to get the right paperwork submitted he rarely would return calls only replied to emails when I sent a email with date time stamp etc . He left me confused and frustrated more then when I began . I had to do research and call the bar association and civil rights departments to get answers which I was then referred to the Michigan bar associations code of conduct and now I await judgment on a case he didn’t finish and I had to hire another lawyer just to submit closing arguments that he told me he had submitted and was waiting on a court date from the courts and to his own words said it was like pulling teeth. So he misled me to believe the argument was submitted and then I had to hire another lawyer to submit that paperwork he told me he had submitted… I did not do my proper research on lawyers to hire before I hired him.. I’m indigent and couldn’t really afford to hire him but got loans so I was so deeply invested I couldn’t afford to go elsewhere and ended up having to… I’ve been bent over a barrel and violated by everyone I’ve come into contact with over this situation and I have all the facts in my favor proof of everything I say but with the representation I’ve had most definitely I stand a likelihood of loss.. the fact that I got this far is shocking.. he wasn’t even aware of the appropriate paperwork to submit.. he couldn’t get the right motions submitted and had to be informed of appropriate procedures by opposing lawyers and the judge… like a child’s life is in the balance here and the burden of proof was on me and all he was worried about was proving fraud which was the absolute easiest part of the case seeing as I had DNA performed by court approved source… He most likely will no longer be practicing any longer due to health and age issues… but that doesn’t help me at all or this child.. I handed him all texts messages and pictures of events and time spent with the child and none of that was presented he didn’t even bother with providing appropriate evidence to support the child’s best interests being with myself the true Biological father.. it baffles me that the government would allow fraud and perjury to be legalized…. But again I haven’t gotten judgement yet…. But I’m on my second lawyer which happens to be a lawyer he sent me to thinking that lawyer was going to finish the closing for him and not cost me any more $. I could of contacted legal aide from the gate and gotten far better representation for free! I’m appalled and so is my family

does good work

I needed a good attorney for what I am doing to interfere with my ex husband and deflect any drug or murder investigations. Sean does a good job with that. He has helped me to continue to lie about how my ex Bryan is a danger, he helps convince the court of all the things my new husband and I say he ...did but never really did, and hides them so well that people will continue to believe our lies. He keeps Gerrold's convictions in South Carolina for rape and the sex offender's listings quiet. He does good work toward these things. Ladies, if you love your life and don't want to make a choice between drugs and keeping your kids, hire Sean. He'll keep away drug testing. He's worth it!

Sean Drew hides my old SC rape charges!

I totally recommend Sean. He didn't keep me from my two auto theft felonies, but he's helped me keep from going to jail with my domestic abuse with my former wife, helped me screw my ex wife out of money in my divorce, and hide my child rape charges from everyone in Michigan that I got in South Carol...ina. He's helping make my new wife look good in court and not have them test her for being high or nothing while she has screwed over and lied about her ex husband Bryan. If you need a cheap lawyer to help you get away with stuff, this guy can lie!
