He is unprofessional. I have filed misconduct against this attorney. I asked him to file a motion to have blood test re tested. Finally he requested the test. He told me the test could not be done so he recended the motion. I told him that was something i did not want. If they cannot retest my blood ...the there was an error in the first test. My rights was trampled over by this unprofessional attorney. He is full of tricks to the unknown. At my first hearing the Judge remarked never has he not seen the results of a blood test. Never has my attorney challenge the prosecutor but waited two months later for the results. He could have ask for dismissal. He works as a public defender in my case.
