I have hired both Mr. Butler and his partner Mr. Toweson on two separate occasions and I was extremely impressed with them and their legal assistant Kathy both times. I entered into Sobriety court and I was not eligible for the license under the terms of the program. This firm advocated on my behalf ...and was able to over turn a previous charge making me eligible. I am now just waiting on the SS of Michigan to update the information in their system. Multiple people in the court told me this would not be possible but they were able to get it done. They have helped me move forward with my life in a positive direction. I would highly recommend this firm.

Hired him for a 2nd dui and he impressed me we went to trial and it went an all day jury took more than 2.5 hours to come up with a conclusion that was guilty but at least he had the balls to try it, I hired him because my law professor at WMU said to , and after i think about the case i think it cou...ld have went better if he said this or that but he really is a good lawyer
