Biography
An award winning, experienced litigator who has also personally experienced divorce. I have a unique, compassionate perspective to help guide you through your divorce experience.
I am a professional, working mother of three. I have resided in Michigan most of my life, having grown up in Ann Arbor and moving to the west side of the state in 1997. I attended Eastern Michigan University in the Honors College, graduating with honors in English Language and LIterature. I then attended Detroit College of Law (now MSU College of Law), graduating with honors and becoming a member of the bar that same year. While in law school I won the book award in Criminal Law (ie higest exam grade), and Best Brief and Second Place Orator (by fractions of a point) in the Moot Court Competition Class, which I later instructed. I have won awards for prosecution, and while a prosecutor for over 15 years earned a 90% conviction rate. I personally experienced a divorce in 2013, and understand the emotional and economical impact it can have on you as well as your family. I'm an experienced litgator, who will work for my clients to provide the best outcome in their case. I look forward to meeting you and assisting you on your legal path to separation, divorce and child custody.
