Unprofessional
I hired Mr. Vreeland, to work on a K1 visa. He made several mistakes and became agitated when questioned. The customer service skills are poor. Finally, he sent the petition to the wrong location, he terminated employment and left us with a mess. We had not even received our I-179 in the mail yet...
