Fraud, legal misrepresentation

I retained Atty. Jason P. Ronning to represent me against the mich. Parole board, Atty. Ronning took my families money & ran off with it. He has been avoiding my family phone calls, he has my legal paperwork and now he has changed phone numbers. This attorney is no good.!!

Hiring Jason Ronning was a mistake

I hired Jason Ronning to defend me on a CSC Charge. He knew nothing about defending these kinds of cases even though he said he did. Every question I had he had to get back with me on. He was always running behind and unprepared when it came to court. He's a nice guy but that wasn't what I needed... in an attorney. After an unprepared rookie performance at the prelim exam I decided that I would rather seek a different attorney. Jason agreed to return $3,500.00 of the $10k I had given him which I thought was unfair but agreed to and ever since then he says he doesn't have the money to return it and avoids my calls. Be very careful giving Jason money if it's something that is important to you. Jason please return my $3,500.00 because I'll be taking you to court soon if you don't. He is a nice guy though and smooth but very unorganized. I got a different attorney and she did a great job and I was very happy with her.
