Biography
Gary M. Gabry, was raised in rural Kalamazoo County, graduated from Hackett High School and the University of Michigan. After completing his legal studies in Detroit he was appointed Assistant Ionia County Prosecutor, then elected Prosecutor for two terms.
While serving as the Ionia County Prosecutor he was elected by Michigan Prosecutors to lead their Association. Governor John Engler appointed him to chair the reorganized Michigan Parole Board, which he led for four years before returning to prosecution in Kent County as a Senior Assistant Prosecutor.
In 2003 he resigned to enter private practive and return home to Kalamazoo.
Over his 30 + years of criminal justice experience he has tried hundreds of criminal and civil matters, he has served as an administrative law judge presiding over parole violations. He has defended citizens in Federal and State Court obtaining NOT GUILTY verdicts in Murder, Arson, Criminal Sexual Conduct charges, just ot name a few.
There is no criminal matter beyond his expertise, in trouble,....Get Gabe!!
