I explained that I had already paid for one divorce that got dismissed by the court for lack of activity by another attorney and that I was charged by her for her typing errors among other things. I explained that since this was the second time everything was cut and dry. I walked in provided all in...formation and paid in full. I was asked to come in the next day a review paperwork very carefully so there weren't any mistakes and not to feel rushed only to be told it was all ok and I had to leave because it was lunch time. He didn't have to do anything else accept show up for court. His office called and requested me to be there two hours before our court time. He didn't show up until an hour and a half after our hearing was to begin. Late and unprofessional. He charged me after that for 15 minutes of his time but it didn't matter that I spent hours after his request for nothing. No respect and had to find child care for this fruitless time. I was the easiest money he ever made since I walked in with everything already settle with my now thankfully ex after paying for two attorneys. He didn't have to do hardly a thing but still ask a question and you will be paying for it no matter how easy you make things for him. My case was so simple that my ex and I had already agreed on everything so there was very little to be done but in one day got paid for a full divorce and got to kick me out so he could go to lunch and I am a speed reader.
