Brandon Scott Hultink

Mr. Haltink failed on several occasions to meet with my son to discuss his case. He failed to bring in evidence that we had, that would have had a great impact on the outcome of the case. He made the decision to exclude important witnesses and evidence just days before the trial started. Within hours... of the trial ending, Brandon could not be contacted. While waiting for sentancing, my son had no contact with Brandon or any other attourney from the law office, even after several attempts made by family members. Mr Haltink was basically non existent during the whole court process.
