I almost feel as if he worked for the prosecution in our case. He never used a form of defense to prove our case.

He should be considered a thief.
This attorney was absolutely terrible. He kept no contact with anyone, we would have to practically hunt him down. He "forgot" tons of things and did absolutely no research.
