Very Questionable

When I hired him, I was informed that the fee paid would cover everything up to and including my appeal. He also told me what my prison sentence was (18 months) and that I would be approved for the Boot Camp program. 15 minutes prior to sentencing, my sentence was changed (he knew about it) and he ...never inquired into my qualifications for Boot Camp. It is now 30 months after sentencing and he never filed my Appeal because he didn't feel it was "prudent" and I was sentenced to 30 months rather than the 15 which was initially agreed upon. He requested that I call him a number of times but never made arrangements to accept my calls. Despite my initial amount being stated to cover everything, I also had to pay $500 for a routing motion.
