My first consultation with this attorney I came away with a sense that this was a strong, smart, caring person willing to advocate on my behalf. Options were mentioned to me to pursue in proceedings, most of which never came to fruition. The attorney consistently forgot or overlooked details about my... case. It became apparent that my case was not important, not a priority.

Hired Kelly for a custody case. She charged us 2500.00 non-refundable and did nothing for us. She treated us like we were a bother to her. She did not fight for us. She simply did not care. This was a HUGE waste of money. She is very passive and will not stand up for her client. Very disappointing... considering she was highly recommended to us.

If you're looking for an aggressive attorney this is not the one. I hired her for help and she put me in deeper then I was to begin with. Waste of time and money. I was shocked she still charged me over 6K! Over the years I've met 3 other people that have had her as an attorney and the same issues. S...he doesn't stick up for her clients and will cower in the corner if you end up going to trial. She is an all plea agreements attorney. Biggest mistake of my life.
