I chose this attorney, to represent me in a Foc child support case that had snowballed out of control. She was very helpful, and I was granted a reduced payoff amount. Do not use Patti McKenny if you require an honest and professional attorney. Had to keep a close eye on billing. I was over billed on several occasions, and the reply was "oh, I'm sorry, not sure how that happened." You think someone who has been practicing law as long as she has would know to che...ck in with the court clerk before court, not Patti. Opposing counsel and the judge were waiting for Patti and we were sitting in a conference room not aware. The judge was so angry that she was kept waiting I felt it had a effect on the outcome of the case.
