Biography
Experience counts - especially when you're dealing with people in emotionally conflicted situations. I've been practicing law for over 48 years, doing Divorce Mediations for over 15 years and have resolved hundreds of cases.
By far, Mediation offers people a safer, private, more equitable, less expensive way to find long-term solutions. It allows divorcing couples or business partners in conflict to reach agreements on their terms and let's them both “win” in a sense because they are able to achieve mutually workable solutions so both sides can put the dispute behind them and get on with their lives.
Personally, Mediation is the single most satisfying area of law that I’ve ever practiced. In my long professional career dealing with lawsuits and legal battles, helping people resolve their differences without a court battle is extremely satisfying to me and, more importantly, to my clients.
