Mitchell Peter Moldovan

Mitchell P. Moldovan is an attorney with the law firm of Kreis Enderle Hudgins & Borsos, PC in October 2020.  Previously, he worked at Lennon, Miller, O'Connor & Bartosiewicz, PLC, also located in Kalamazoo, Michigan.  He is graduate of Wayne State University Law School in 2001 (JD) and Albion College in 1998 (BA).  While at Albion College, Mitchell served as an intern in the White House for President Clinton and Vice-President Gore.

After law school, Mitchell was a law clerk for the Honorable Michael E. Dodge, 43rd Judicial Circuit Court, Cass County, Michigan.  In 2003, he joined the Dowagiac-based law firm of Westrate & Thomas.  In 2008, Mitchell opened Grossman & Moldovan, PLLC in Vicksburg, Michigan and in 2015, he opened Mitchell Moldovan, PC in Kalamazoo, Michigan, and in October 2016, he joined Lennon, Miller, O'Connor & Bartosiewicz, PLC, and in October 2020, he joined Kreis Enderle. 

During this time, Mitchell developed a well-respected practice, with a focus on family law, dealing with divorce, custody, child support, parenting time, paternity and spousal support.   Mitchell appreciates the importance of family and strives to provide comprehensive, attentive, and empathetic service to you and your family, whether it is protecting the family through divorce or family law issues, preparing your personal affairs and estate in the event of death or illness, setting up a new business venture, or dealing with the unfortunate criminal matter.

Mitchell is a VA-accredited attorney who assists Veterans and their spouses with qualifying for a non-service related pension benefit entitled Aid & Attendance.  This benefit is available to certain Veterans and/or their spouses who require the regular attendance of another person to assist in eating, bathing, dressing, undressing, medication dosing, or taking care of the needs of nature. The benefit provides additional funds to help pay for the care of these loved ones, whether in home or in an assisted living facility, ensuring they receive the best possible care.

Mitchell is licensed to practice in the trial courts throughout the state as well as the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan. His cases require appearances in Circuit, District, and Probate Courts in Kalamazoo, Van Buren, St. Joseph, Calhoun and Cass Counties.  He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the Kalamazoo County Bar Association, the Kalamazoo County Family Law Bar Association, the Kalamazoo County Trial Lawyers Bar Association, the Cass County Bar Association (former President), and the St. Joseph County Bar Association.

Mitchell resides in Schoolcraft, Michigan with his wife Kate, and their two children, Brynn and Beau. In his free time, Mitchell enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf and hockey, and enjoying the beach and outdoors.
