I called Ms. Guy about 3 months ago about handling a lease question and to aide me with a land contract. During our consultation she pointed out problems that could arise in my initial land contract I found on the internet. I hired her to revise my documents and have been using these contracts since ...then. Without her help, my tenants could have taken advantage about certain options that I never thought about since I only copied it from the internet and did not revise it very much. She has followed up with me on multiple occassions and even revised it once to change certain language and terms of the contract. She was very helpful and I would recommend her for anyone looking for an honest attorney, that is not afraid to help people.
