I represent injured workers in the metropolitan Detroit area (including Macomb County and Oakland County) and also handle cases in the Jackson, Michigan area where we have a satellite office. I have handled cases at all levels of the workers compensation administrative system and into the state courts. I have pursued cases to the highest level possible, the Michigan Supreme Court, and have made personal appearances at the Michigan Supreme Court on behalf of my clients.

I represent social security disability claimants and individuals seeking SSI in the metropolitan Detroit area (including Wayne, Oakland, Macomb and Washtenaw counties) as well as cases arising in the Jackson area where we maintain a satellite office. Generally, we represent individuals who have been denied by the social security district office and who are seeking review of the denial by an Administrative Law Judge. The appeal period from the denial is 60 days.
