Amy helped me through one of the most difficult times of my life and treated me throughout the entire process with dignity and respect. I felt like she listened to me when I informed her of my goals and that she did everything within her ability to help me achieve them. No one wins in a divorce, bu...t my ex and I are still cordial with one another and work together to be co-parents ... and I truly believe that was as a result of Amy's professionalism.

Going into my divorce Amy seemed very confident I would come out on top. A few thousand dollars later I'm being told a different story though my situation has not changed. They've done zero work to help me with my case outside of filing some paperwork for extraneous fees. Based on the cost of what li...ttle has been done so far, my final cost after my divorce goes to court will likely be close to double what I was originally quoted before hiring Amy Bailey. She's been hard to get in touch with, they've "lost" my paperwork, she talks in circles when asked questions she doesn't want to answer and when confronted about my concerns her solution was to threaten to drop my case and let me deal with the court on my own. I feel like I have a completely different lawyer than what I was originally paying for. I am scared, angry and have lost all faith in her ability to get me through this without giving up everything. I will warn everyone I can about my experience using Amy Bailey as a divorce lawyer. This has been a terrible experience and if possible I will be filing a complaint with ADAM when this is all over.
