Our client held an access easement through a neighboring business' parking lot when the neighbor reconfigured the traffic flow, restricting our client's use of the easement. We took the case after ano ... ther attorney filed suit and an initial request for a temporary injunction was denied. After the trial court dismissed the case, we appealed to the Court of Appeals on multiple grounds. The Court of Appeals reversed on each enumerated error and returned the case to the trial court. The case was settled following remand and prior to trial.
