Forrest Michael Pasanski

As an attorney and the founder of Pasanski Law, PLLC, I provide legal services to health professionals licensed in Michigan, including for initial licensure, license defense, and license restoration. I have over a decade of experience in the public sector. Most notably, I served as the Enforcement Division Director at LARA's Bureau of Professional Licensing where I oversaw thousands of health licensing matters. I led six teams which included investigators, analysts, and attorneys, and oversaw the enforcement of laws and regulations related to health professions. I also developed and implemented policies and procedures to ensure compliance, efficiency, and quality of service. I have a JD from Michigan State University College of Law and a B.A. in Philosophy and Political Science from Grand Valley State University.
