Started 3 companies (fund, manager and custodian), and drafted/advised on the: private placement memorandum, operating agreement, bylaws, minutes, custodial agreemen ... t, subscription agreement, note and security agreement. Obtained the proper lending license, and made the securities filings. Continue to handle compliance requirements and draft loan docs for the fund.
