Person's car was rear ended in a high speed collision and sustained severe injuries to his lower back and neck. The injuries caused him to miss time from work, be deemed disabled, and have difficulty m ... eeting his monthly expenses. He continued to treat and eventually after multiple treatment, procedures and surgery, his back and neck symptoms felt improved and he was taken off of disability.
