Ms. Hopcroft was very helpful when we approched her about a problem we had with a train trip we took . After she listened to our tale of woe , and looking at the proof we had of being treated like cattle, she agreed to act as our councel .She contacted the train company and after a lot of exchanged ...conversations with them she got us a nice return of out money spent on the trip. I would highly recomend talking to her if you have a problem you cant handle on your own . She always kept us informed of how the case was moving . I believe she is very good at what she does and isnt afraid to look into prevoius problems people have had in the problem she is dealing with with for you. Please dont be afraid to contact her she will treat you as a personal friend from the time you meet.
