Great Experience with Estate Planning

My wife and I consulted Travis about estate planning and ended up hiring him. We are very happy with the work that he did for us. When we went into the initial meeting, we were not sure if we needed a Will or a Trust or both. Travis did a great job explaining the differences, advantages and disadv...antages between a Will and a Trust in a way that ordinary people could understand. In addition to explaining all the differences, he did a fantastic job answering all of our questions and providing legal insight as to what the best solution was for our needs. In the end we are very happy with the estate planning documents that Travis created for us and he did a great job customizing the documents for our needs. It is not just a template from a discount website, it is customized for what our family needs. The whole process was very easy, and his office was very easy to work with for scheduling. I feel as though Travis is an attorney that we can trust. I would recommend estate planning to all of my friends and family and highly recommend Travis for their individual estate planning needs.

Knowledgeable and Honest

We hired Travis to write our wills. Originally I had gone in thinking I wanted a trust to protect our assets for our kids' benefit, but Travis explained that we really only needed a Trust Under Will provision. That saved us money. Also, he wrote us a codicil to add our second child without extra char...ge. Furthermore, the documents he prepared for us were in plain language and not "legalese" so we could clearly understand. We would definitely recommend him for all of your legal needs.

501C3 Help

Travis assisted our non-profit with getting our 501C3 status corrected. We had previously worked under another organization's status. He made the process very easy and was always willing and able to answer our questions.
