My husband retained this attorney. I did not. Yet I, as the opposing party, have lived and continue to live with the fallout of her professional failures. Before Judge Susan A. Dabaja in the Wayne County Circuit Court, she has allowed her client to misuse the legal process rather than resolve it. ...Her failures are numerous and consistent: • Missed and late filings that wasted judicial time and created unnecessary confusion. • Failure to protect vulnerable parties — ignoring clear needs for timely protective measures where children’s stability was on the line. • Permitting financial abuse and parental interference — refusing to hold her client accountable for misuse of assets and obligations. • Disorganized, careless case management that prolonged litigation and magnified conflict. • Failure of candor and diligence — filings that disregarded evidence and obligations under the Rules of Professional Conduct. • Neglect of duty to the court itself — by enabling her client’s misconduct, she eroded the integrity of the proceedings.
