Client =involved in a motor vehicle accident where she received a citation due to false statements made t the police by the at-fault parties. The actual driver left the scene of the incident due to an ... active arrest warrant and left an acquaintance to pretend he was driving. My client sustained multiple herniations in her neck and back and initially had her claim denied while she was represented by one of the largest personal injury law firms in Georgia. After the diligent work of my firm, we recovered the full policy limit from the at-fault party so our client was fully compensated.
