Jennifer Cass Barnes

I was a Juvenile Public Defender in Washington State for one year. I then transferred to the Pierce County Prosecutor's Office for 18 months. When I moved home to Michigan in 2001, I joined the Bay County Office of Criminal Defense and handled over 1000 criminal matters, many of which were life offenses, over a four year period.

I worked as the Michigan Works! Enforcement Attorney for the Bay County Friend of the Court from 9/2005-9/2009.

I began my practice in Washington State as an Employment Discrimination attorney specializing in Gender and Racial Discrimination cases.
