Common cases I see are where Beneficiary lied on his tourist visa application or lied during the interview and later marries a US citizen in the U.S. Luckily, for misrepresentation/fraud, there is hard ... ship waiver application available. If eligible, we have to convince USCIS that if the Beneficiary is removed from the U.S. his US citizen spouse would suffer extreme hardship.
