OUTCOME: The DA dismissed the case before we even started the hearing

A client came to me after being was charged with a DWI 5th. Since this was a felony DWI they did a mandatory warrant blood draw and it came back at a .29. After talking with the client and reviewing th ... e evidence I was able to determine the police report did not add up to what the police video showed. I filed a motion to suppress the stop.
