OUTCOME: Our opposition was sustained, and Power Hour was not registered, a win for us.

Filed an opposition to the defendant's attempt to register "Power Hour" as a trademark. The defendant had previously sent a cease and desist letter accusing my client of infringing their alleged trade ... mark rights. The opposition was in response to the infringement allegations, and to establish that the supposed trademark was highly descriptive, and that the defendant had no rights to claim exclusive use.
