Thomas Bruce Falkner III

Mr. Falkner has provided me with excellent legal help to settle my father's estate and to also get my own affairs in order (will, powers of attorney, lady bird deed, health care advocate, HPPA Releases). I have always found him and his helpful office staff to be friendly, respectful, and knowled...geable. His fees are more than reasonable and he is generous with his time. He gives easy-to-understand and timely advice. He listens! He has also been willing to let me do whatever leg work and paperwork I can do on my own to save on fees.
