Biography
Bill Penn formed Penn Law Firm as Agricultural and Rural Advocates, PLC in 1998 with a desire to serve the legal needs of farmers. Having been a farmer and then an administrator of federal farm programs, he knew there was a need. Since that time, the practice has grown and now represents farmers all over the United States — from Virginia to California and from Texas to North Dakota. Bill understands production agriculture and relates well to farmers. More recently, he has seen the need to provide help to farmers and other clients in need of counsel regarding general business and legacy planning and has made a substantial investment to ensure that his firm can provide the best advice and counsel in assisting all clients to plan and preserve their legacy.
