Courts office(which is in his home) when I asked for my money back he didn't help me that's why I hired ally she got farther in 2 weeks then he did in 2 years! 1. Does not pay attention to details during motion hearings. Asked the judge to repeat himself 11 times in a 1 hour motion hearing. Judge was offended and got exasperated. 2. Does not have executive presence and technical expertise to get opposing counsel's motions dismissed as they were not serv...ed 7 days prior, a court rule requirement. 3. Does not have creative arguments to make to dismiss frivolous motions filed by the other side. 4. Does not cite statutes nor case law to support her arguments in a motion hearing with consequence that opposing counsel ran the tables. 4. Makes concessions in chambers without your prior consent and that is detrimental to your personal situation. Then emerges and presents it as final and force you to sign on the dotted line in order to protect herself from malpractice. 5. Procrastinates severely in writing post hearing orders with consequence that opposing counsel's version gets entered as final order by the court, which put you at a huge disadvantage. 6. Most of her cases settle, so she has very scant trial experience and poor advocacy skills.
