Mandy Pecher

Mandy Pecher is the rudest, most demeaning legal professional I have every encountered. The fact that I was charged 450 USD for my initial consultation with her just to be spoken to in such a disrespectful and disdainful manner is appalling. I cannot for the life of me understand how she charges hun...dreds of dollars an hour and then treats her clients THAT SHE IS SUPPOSED TO REPRESENT in such a manner. It is actually inconceivable to me how she is still practicing law with this type of attitude. To make things worse she then proceeded to send me 15,000 EUR retainer requests without ever clarifying whether she would work hand in hand with my local attorney assigned to the case. I was so put off by the way she spoke to me that I immediately looked for a more qualified, respectful and pleasant attorney that I actually felt was on my side. It was a night and day difference for me. I suggest you do the same.

We contacted Mandy Pecher in May 2012 and filed paperwork for my wife's green card in June 2012. She kept us informed about the processes for the following months in 2012 - but totally disappeared in 2013. It's May 2013 now and we haven't heard from her for months. We called the agency that takes ...care of immigrations as we were really getting worried about things - and they told us that they contacted her beginning of 2013 concerning a handling fee which to this day is still open... And because of the non-payment, the agency didn't process my wife's paperwork for 4-5 months. Good thing that we sent her a bunch of money for nothing... The idea behind hiring an attorney was that we wouldn't have to deal with any agencies and paperwork.
