Not satisfied at all!
Used for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. Discharged the wrong debts and didn't reaffirm the correct debts. Instead of discharging my ex-wifes house mine was discharged instead. So now I am still on her mortgage, but no longer on my own. What a mess.

Replied last March 15, 2011The mortgages on the home awarded to the exwife in the divorce were discharged in the bankruptcy. He is no longer obligated to pay them. (she was responsible for the mortgages per the divorce decree) The home of debtor does not need to be reafirmed so long as he makes the payments. The vehicle he wanted to keep was reafirmed....I try, but I am sorry to say I can't please everyone. In this case if things are a mess it is not due to the bankruptcy.
