She is a puppet of CPS. Never once talked to her "client". Did everything that the CPS told her to do. Just like everyone else in the court system they follow whatever CPS tells them. Even the hearing officer. Even though there wasn't a signed court order allowing custody nobody cared this was a kidn...apping. The court system is filled with spineless jellyfish that bow down to the Almighty CPS!!

She was assigned to represent my child in a CPS case. CPS had no evidence of the accusations, but took custody anyway. They even admitted in court a week later the accusation did not exist, yet decided to keep custody because I was "uncooperative"! Ms Tarrant never once talked to her client, 16 yrs ...old, & yet based only upon the CPS statements & the fact that in a roundabout way, CPS was paying her check, she recommended to keep the child hostage. My child testified that the accusations did not exist, but according to everyone in the courtroom, "She lied to protect you." I was also told that I may have to pay her for not representing my daughter!
