Gerald C. Dalek

Mr Dalek does not communicate well. He argues not only with his clients but with the people involved with his clients. He also expects those involved with his clients to do his work for him. Im not certain that the plaintiff in a case who does not have an attorney, should be doing the work, when the... defendant, who has hired the attorney, is paying the attorney fees. When asked a question, his response was always "you have to do it". When asked why I had to do it, the response was "you're the moving party, Im not going to argue with you about it. Just do what I need you to do." I'm not paying his fees, I wasnt ordered to. He's not my attorney. I would never recommend him to anyone.
