Knowledgeable and Confident In My Back Injury Case

Anyone facing a work place injury and canceled work comp insurance needs a lawyer like Jayson on their side. He is very knowledgeable and confident in helping his clients through the process. He and his staff were always available, quick to answer or return calls and emails. My case was not perf...ect when papers were filed, but in the end to keep my case moving forward I accepted it. This is not enough to sway my review because I know Jayson fought for me. He is a straight shooter, says it like it is and allows you to do the same. If I had one wish, it's that I could have met Jayson in the beginning just to shake his hand, and know exactly who I'm trusting with my case. I put my trust in him based on reviews, his legal assistant's reassurance and reading his bio. He has long time experience which made it easier to put my faith and trust in. (This may be post covid procedure?) Again, this has not swayed my review, just insight that meeting your attorney might put clients minds at ease. My case took almost 3 years start to finish and knowing that Jayson was truly in my corner was a God send. He even brought to the attention of the judge my horrible experience with my first spine doctor in particular who would not acknowledge the seriousness of my injuries in the very beginning. They are permanent thoracic spine , spinal cord & shoulder blade injuries. Him sharing this with the judge alone was a victory for me. He made me feel heard. Hopefully anyone reading this never suffers a life changing injury, but if you do find yourself in that situation and a need a lawyer-you want Jayson and his team! Huge thank you for getting me through this challenging chapter of my life!

He is an amazing attorney. I got injured at a factory. He’s handled my case for a year and a half. He walked me through it. He answered any questions I had he would call periodically to check on me so did his legal assistant, I would call them and let them know how I’m doing. They sincerely care abou...t you and your injury. They’re not just in it for the money, I never felt like I was Just a client. I always felt like a human being always felt like they sincerely cared. And they never stopped till they actually reached a fair settlement and that was highly appreciated so yeah if you have an injury, Jayson trucks and associates is the law firm to hire and Jayson is just amazing!

Wonderful, attentive, helpful, supportive, just all around a great guy

Worked with Jason. He was amazing. Helped me out every step of the way, answered all my questions, always stayed in contact with me. Also worked with Christi and she was very helpful. Always got back to me promptly with any questions, I highly recommend them.

was the best help

Jayson is the best he was able to help me through one the most difficult times in my families life. I was getting the run around with the insurance company and the case manager they assigned to handle my case .... they were running me around ragged i felt like a puppet on a string.. when I decided to... stick up for myself they told me they'd cut me off from the petty amount of money workman's comp was giving me.. I called Jay trucks and with a simple interview with Jayson Chizick he agreed I was getting thrown around and taken advantage of. After that meeting the following Monday the case manager that was changing my appointments on my behalf without consulting me was terminated from my case... the insurance company finally started to straighten up.. I however had to call the Jayson every other week due to the fact that the insurance company kept delaying my checks... it only took that phone call and bam i got an email stating my checks was processed from the insurance company... insurance companies are a joke and they will take advantage of you if they are giving the opportunity. I decided to sue the insurance company and won with the help of Jayson !!!! Thanks so much for your help Sir you have no idea how much my family appreciates all the hard work you did . also the legal secretary liz... you were such a great help throughout the whole ordeal they really need a cloning machine to make more of you ... your a damn hard worker!!!
