Aggravated Unlawful Use of a Weapon

OUTCOME: Case Dismissed

Client was in a parking sitting in the passengers seat of vehicle. Officers on routine patrol viewed the vehicle in the parking lot, approached the vehicle and began asking Client questions. During que ... stioning, Officer viewed a firearm underneath the clients leg. Client was removed from the vehicle and making admissions to ownership and was taken into custody. A Motion to Suppress evidence was filed and granted by the presiding judge.
