Nicholas Randall Robinson

This attorney is not detailed, does not return calls or emails and put no effort into my family members case at all. He claims not to get message after we called his office and spoke with his assistant and in general - gives you all run around stories. Worse of all, he will not take a call from his c...lient if he calls from a jail! For the money we paid, he accomplished -nothing.

He was not fighting a family members case he just took their money and wasn't fighting made them take a plea cause he scared the person into it.I think he was to busy doing iPods and trying to win the best dresser instead of doing his lawyer thing.dont hire him I warn ya.yes he seems genuine at first... until he gets paid then goes down hill then.if anyone else agrees please say so .the day of sentencing he made person who never been in trouble or a record before sign plea deal cause he was not prepared to go to trial.please take my warning if you don't wanna go to prison stay away from this atty.he wasn't even call any witness to help this person

Attorney Robinson was very professional and in constant communication with me and kept me updated on my case when there were any changes. He even answered my calls on weekends! He is very confident and rightly so. He seemed to be well respected by his colleagues and the court. I would recommend him t...o anyone looking for a defense attorney. He's the best around.

Mr. Robinson is an attorney that will promise you the world, but will fail to deliver, at least that was my experience. One promise that he made to me during our first conversation is his promise to continuously communicate with me, however as time elapsed I found that to be a lie. The lack of comm...unication caused confusion with me and my family as to the progression of my court proceedings. He is very Cocky, confidence is good, but with the confidence he displayed I expected more from him. I believe for the services he preformed the price wasn't too bad, but I would not recommend him. I believe from the beginning of my case in district court he failed to argue the facts of my case. It seemed as if his intentions from the beginning were to get me to take a plea deal , instead of fight for me in the court room, and argue against the evidence, which was circumstantial at best. As I previously stated I would not recommend him to anyone for legal counsel.
