Attorney Caster, like most lawyers, did a great job instilling confidence that should could represent us in court. But when the time came for our hearing, she dropped the ball and didn't argue on our behalf. She actually had us enter court proceedings with outdated paperwork that did not represent o...ur wishes. Overall, Attorney Caster simply "followed the law" and filed paperwork. She's not very good at advocating for her clients. Her biggest asset is that she takes hassle away from you and files court documents. But, if you can read and write, you can fill out most legal forms yourself. If you actually run across difficult questions on the forms, there are plenty of free legal places that will help. In my opinion, if you want a serious advocate, even if it's for a small case that appears to be "easy" AND want someone that help you WIN, not feel alone or abused by the court system, I'd select another attorney. Don't get tricked into believing that because she is nice and has years of experience she will do a good job. From our experience, she's really not a good lawyer and there are much better options out there!

My parents were simultaneously diagnosed with Alzheimer's/Dementia, respectively. Ms. Martin-Caster walked us through and fully explained every step during the probate process.
