The trial court found that he collaborative agreement was breached, and we appealed, using appellate counsel, Jimmy Verner. The case was the first collaborative case in Texas that was published on appeal. The case was reversed and rendered--which was a win for our client, as well as for collaborative law and alternative dispute resolution generally.
