Made an appointment to talk to her. Got to the Oxford office 8:45am, office did not open till 9am. Parked right in front of office door as no one was there. At 9:02 went inside east entrance and called to confirm we had an appointment that day, were told we did. At 9 :12am saw black suv pull up. W...ent back to office door and waited . After several minutes no light went on or doors opened so went back out to parking lot only to see the suv leave. Thought it must of been someone else. Called again and office said she would be there shortly. No one came. We called the office Colleen said she was there and we were not. I understand mistakes and emergencies but then she lied about times. Just say you're sorry and move on but she called us liars and blamed us for not being there. If this is how you treat clients I will and others should find other legal services. Very unprofessional. I can take a lot but lying is not one of them.
