I handle estate planning in all forms, be it drafting revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, powers of attorney for clients, or helping trustees interpret their responsibilities in estate plans drafted by others.

I was in-house counsel for 5+ years for multiple start-ups, and so am well suited to serving small-to-mid sized business owners. I have strong experience in contracts, business incorporation, LLC formation, and corporate and non-profit governance.

I am new to the area of gun law, but have begun incorporating it into my estate planning practice as a result of requests from clients. My primary focus is in the creation of gun trusts

Having spent three years working in professional football, I understand the needs of athletes and coaches from high school to the pros. I also have experience advising in matters of copyright protection and trademark registration.
