I want to start by saying that I’m not one to normally spend my time online writing reviews, but Tony’s services on my particular case demand it. I am a 45 year old divorced dad, who shared a custody agreement with my ex-wife where we shared roughly a 60%-40% parenting time schedule and a mostly ami...cable relationship. In May of 2013 I learned that my child’s stepdad was being physically abusive, verbally abusive,etc. I had a consultation with an attorney who told me I could not meet “Vodvarka” requirements and my case was not winnable. Towards the tail-end of our case, I was suddenly diagnosed with a lesion on my brain resulting in some uncertainty with regard to our finality.
